The Company Report feature represents a recent evolution in the SherlockIT Portal.

Through the Company Report you will have diverse information compiled into one document. Data about a particular company is now automatically organized and available in a simple and intuitive way. You can download the document in PDF format to your computer or mobile device and check it whenever you want.

In this report we compile all the relevant information that allows Portal users to build an In House credit information system, to grasp the changes of suppliers/clients and to quickly and efficiently carry out an evaluation of their Stakeholders.

Company Report is divided into three sections: General Details, Legal Cases and Corporate Acts.

General Details:

In this section you will have access to general company data for which you are looking for information. You will have the following information available:

• Complete corporate name of the company;
• Address of the registered office;
• You can validate the NIF in order to know if it is active;
• Consult the Principal and Secondary CAE;
• Check the total number of legal cases per position (Examples: Defendant, Executed, Claimant) in which the company was or is involved;
• Etc.

Legal Cases:

In the division of legal cases, you will find detailed information about the legal processes of the company. You will have access to the following information:

• Name of the court in which the proceeding was / is being carried out;
• Type of Court;
• Date of entry of the process into court;
• Process Number;
• Case Type;
• NIF and Name of the entities involved;
• Amount in dispute;
• Registration Type;
• Etc.

Corporate Acts:

In the section of the Corporate Acts, you will have access to a list of corporate acts of the company, such as: designation of members of corporate bodies; cessation of duties of members of the corporate bodies; changes to company agreements; presentation of results, etc.

For each of the corporate acts listed, you can consult:

• Date on which it occurred;
• Location of the register;
• Type of corporate act;
• Detailed description of the corporate act;
• Etc.
